| Westview Exotics is located on County Route 4 in scenic Hector, NY. We currently have over 50 birds (most are for breeding, but there are quite a few that will be able to be adopted soon and some that are available to take home now) and are finding more eggs all of the time. Most of the birds that will be available for adoption will be hand-fed and will make great pets. I say most as there are some breeds that just aren't tamed - Finches, for example. In the very near future, we will have pictures of our birds on this site. These will include Gomer, our Blue and Gold Macaw, our Finches and Conures, as well as our babies and our itty bitty babies that have just hatched, plus many more! Right now, the pages that are available are missing the pictures. They will be on soon! As we work on this site, we will add as much information about each breed of bird as we possibly can, to help you make a more informed decision. We will also have pages that we will use just to show off the beautiful pets that we have! | The birds that are currently in our inventory include our pets: Gomer - Blue and Gold Macaw Lola - Yellow Collared Macaw Missy - Quaker Parrot Jewel / Sweetheart - Green Cheek Conure Fred / Sunny - Sun Conure The rest of these birds will have their pictures added soon! Our other birds, that will become available for adoption, include: ** Quaker Parrots (Parakeets) ** Orange Winged Amazons Blue Fronted Amazons ** Love Birds ** Magnum Yellow Headed Amazons Double Yellow Headed Amazons Yellow Headed Amazons ** Finch ** ** Cockatiels ** Parakeets Birds that are marked with the double stars already have babies available. Check the links to see more information, including the approximate day that they will be able to be taken home, as well as the cost of each breed and information about what kind of bird they are and their requirements (as this information becomes available). Please note that there is a non-refundable 25% deposit on any advance orders. If so desired, advance orders may be placed as soon as I make it known that there are eggs. Otherwise, my business is strictly "first come - first served." Apart from a few species, all of my babies will be hand-fed and handled as much as possible, but it will be up to you to keep up with the maintenance of this, if you want a loveable pet. There is also NO guarantee when it comes to how much a bird talks or sings. This is, in large part, because that can have A LOT to do with the owner and the bird's environment. Last, there will also be no guarantee as to the sex of your bird. For an additional $25, I can have the appropriate tests done to have this determined.
